Instructions

In 90 minutes please follow these steps.

1. Bring your business canvas (a plastic board) on the table. All group members standing around the canvas.
5 mins

2. Revise the blogs you have done e.g. Value proposition, customer segment, channel and customer relationship. Finalise what should be in there and write them down on the paper version of your business canvas. And take a picture of the current canvas.
10 minutes

3. Think about your value proposition
And write required activities on the post-it note. One note for one activity. Then put it on the canvas.

4. Brainstorm in the team. Grouping all activities by put them together.

5. Think about your required activities
And write required resources on the post-it note. One note for one activity. Then put it on the canvas.

6. Brainstorm in the team. Grouping all resource by put them together. Discuss if each resource is really required or any additional resources also required.

7. Think about your required resources and activities
And write required partner on the post-it note. One note for one activity. Then put it on the canvas.

8. Brainstorm in the team. Grouping all partners by put them together. Discuss if each resource is really required or any additional resources also required.

9. In the team, discuss the supply side of the business canvas ie., activities, resources and partners. Revise if necessary.

10. Clean and clear up the canvas.
