9 days in Kunming

I’m coming to Kunming, Yunnan Province of PR China. This
trip is the 6th short visiting of CMSE students to the Oxbridge
college of the Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST). My duty
is to promote research collaboration especially in logistics and
tourism between CMSE and Oxbridge. More to come …

จัดโดย หอการค้ากลุ่มจังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน1 และ KSME Care

จากการที่ได้รับเกียรติเป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ
ขอเอาบันทึกที่ได้จากงานมาฝาก 10 ข้อดังนี้ครับ

1.Mandalay มีลักษณะคล้ายเชียงใหม่มากทั้งขนาดเมือง ที่ตั้ง และ ขนาดของธุรกิจ

2.นักธุรกิจพม่าตัดสินใจช้าหน่อย แต่เมื่อตกลงแล้วไม่เปลี่ยนง่ายๆ และจะตกลงดีลขนาดใหญ่เลย

3. แรงงานพม่านั้นอึดและขยันมาก

4. ค่าแรงที่พม่ายังไม่แพง ประมาณวันละ 2500 จ้าด หรือ ร้อยกว่าบาท

5. ในพม่า การเมืองนำเศรษฐกิจ การตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบายมาจากรัฐบาลทหาร

6. ทำธุรกิจในพม่า ต้องมี partners และ partner ควรต้องรู้จักคนใหญ่คนโตในรัฐบาลด้วย

7. นักธุรกิจพม่ามักชอบนัดเจอเวลากลางคืน หลังจากเลิกงานแล้ว เช่น 3ทุ่ม

8. หากจะส่งฝ่ายขายไป ต้องผู้หญิงเท่านั้น

9. หากเจรจากับคู่ค้า หรือเจ้าหน้าที่แล้วติดขัด ให้ลอวเข้าทางภรรยาดู

10. Mandalay เป็นทางผ่านทางหลวงที่เชื่อมทั้งจีนและอินเดีย โอกาสทางธุรกิจสดใสมาก

อย่าถามว่าพม่าพร้อมหรือยัง
แต่ตงถามตัวท่านเองว่าพร้อมจะขุดทองที่พม่าแล้วหรือยัง!
